Located at 227 Bowery, on the east side of the Bowery, between Prince Street and Rivington Street. Major cross streets are Delancey to the south and Houston to the north.

There are several ways to reach The Bowery Mission by public transportation:

Take the #6 subway to Spring Street. Walk several blocks east on Spring Street until you reach the Bowery, then walk north (left) to 227 Bowery.

Take the R or W subway to Prince Street. Walk several blocks east on Prince Street until you reach the Bowery, then walk south (right) to 227 Bowery.

Take the J or Z subway to Bowery Station and walk north on the Bowery to 227 Bowery.

Take the B, D, F or M train to Broadway-Lafayette. Walk several blocks east on Houston until you reach the Bowery, then south (right) to 227 Bowery.

Take the F train to Lower East Side-Second Avenue. Walk several blocks west on Houston until you reach the Bowery, then south (right) to 227 Bowery.

Take the M103 bus.
